About the Assembly

The General Assembly is one of the most important moments in Eduxo’s year – a dedicated space where our community comes together to reflect on what we have achieved, make key decisions about the association’s future, and collectively shape the road ahead.

This will be our first General Assembly of 2026, and we are excited to bring together members from across Europe to celebrate our collective achievements, present our 2025 Annual Report, and launch new initiatives for the year to come.

From governance updates to team highlights, budget approvals to new membership milestones, the Assembly is where Eduxo’s democratic heart beats loudest.

Agenda

  1. Welcome and introduction of new members
  2. Updates on the APS (Italy) – ASBL (Belgium) process and new bank account
  3. Presentation and approval of the annual accounts and budget
  4. Official presentation of the Board
  5. Presentation of the 2025 Annual Report and main achievements from each team
  6. Launch of the 2026 membership challenge
  7. Any Other Business (AOB)

Who Can Attend

The General Assembly is open to Eduxo members. Full members are entitled to vote and actively participate in decision-making. Associate members are welcome to attend with a consultative voice.

Non-members may be invited to attend with prior Board approval – if you are interested in joining Eduxo or learning more about how we work, this is a wonderful opportunity to see our community in action.
