General Assembly (members-only)

The EDUXO General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of the organisation and a key moment for collective governance, transparency, and strategic direction.

Bringing together members, Board representatives, and the leadership team, the General Assembly provides a space to review EDUXO’s activities, assess impact, and define priorities for the year ahead. It is an essential moment to strengthen our democratic foundations and ensure that the organisation continues to reflect the values, vision, and needs of its community.

During the General Assembly, participants will:

• review and approve annual reports and strategic updates;

• discuss organisational priorities and future plans;

• vote on key governance matters, including appointments and statutory decisions;

• engage in open dialogue on the development of EDUXO’s programmes, campaigns, and network.

The General Assembly is also an opportunity to reconnect as a community, share perspectives across countries and sectors, and reaffirm our collective commitment to advancing democracy, equality, and youth participation across Europe.

Participation in the General Assembly is open to eligible EDUXO members in line with the organisation’s statutes.
