We warmly welcome you to the Kick-off Session of the #LeadWithHer Mentorship Programme, taking place on 26 May 2026 in Brussels.
This evening marks the official start of a shared journey between 14 mentors and 28 mentees, coming together to grow, learn and lead side by side.
We are excited to open this space with you: a space designed to support young women across Europe as they step into leadership roles in activism, policy, civil society and public life.
We created #LeadWithHer together with The Nine because we believe leadership grows through connection, not isolation.
We welcome you into a mentorship programme that brings together experience and ambition, guidance and curiosity, mentors and mentees, all in the same space, learning from each other.
In a context where access to leadership is still unequal, this programme is our way of opening doors, building confidence, and strengthening the networks that make real change possible.
We invite you to begin this journey with us in a session that is intentionally designed to feel human, open and connected from the very start.
Rather than a formal introduction, this evening is about meeting each other properly, understanding the programme, yes, but also starting to build trust, familiarity and shared purpose.
We will take time to connect, reflect and co-create the foundations of your mentorship journey together, making space for real conversations and meaningful exchange.
We will also hear from a mentor–mentee duo who will share their experience, offering a real and honest look into what mentorship can become over time.

You will hear from a former mentor–mentee duo, who will share their experiences, insights, and reflections on what the mentorship journey meant for them and how it shaped their growth.
20:20 – 20:30 | Q&A Session
20:30 – 20:50 | Group Work: Mentor–Mentee Vision Building
You will be invited to join your small group, together with your mentor or mentees. In a calm and reflective setting, you will co-create a shared “vision board” for your mentorship journey using paper, post-its, keywords and drawings.
